- Managed a crew of landscapers, which included tasks such as; delegation, job assignment, skill training, and ensuring work was up to company standard
- Coachability
- Take pride in doing what I am told. When I do work in school, or train on the field I implement what I am taught right away
- In my lacrosse career, one of the recurring comments that have come from coaches on teams and at camps is that I take what I am told and implement it on the field right away, even if it takes a few reps to get it right
- Communication
- Student Athlete
- As a college athlete, I have constantly had to communicate during my career. While playing, I have learned how to communicate with my superiors, being coaches, weight staff, trainers, athletic department workers and team captains. I have also learned how to communicate with my peers to achieve our goals as a team.
- Organization
- Student Athlete
- With busy semesters, staying organized is important to succeed. In my 4 years at UT I have been on the Dean’s list each semester, which I attribute to my organizational skills.
